1 General Provisions

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Claiming an offer more than once is prohibited.
• Misuse of bonuses or exploiting errors will result in the bonus being cancelled.

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

r999 has a four-tier VIP programme for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

7 Gaming Rules

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between the user and r999. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by these terms and conditions.
